Paul has been a member of the DSHS Behavioral Health Community for over 35 years. He started working as a mental health technician providing direct patient care at WSH. He moved into Information Technology with an intent of how IT could support patient care. He is a huge advocate of clinical informatics. Paul has been an application developer, managed application development, and now serves as the TIA/BHA IT Deputy Director over the IT Development and Business Operations (ITDBO) team.
