Lisa Horne is the Information Technology Services, Portfolio, and Planning Manager for the Department of Retirement Systems’ Information Services Division (ISD). In this role, she leads the ITS Team, which is responsible for a wide range of services including infrastructure, network, telecommunications, service desk, database administration, access control, batch processing, software/hardware license management, IT policy, portfolio management, procurement, compliance, and audit.
Lisa has been with the state of Washington since October 2009. Before joining the public sector, she held various IT roles in the private sector.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Washington State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Saint Martin’s University. Additionally, Lisa is an alumnus of the IPMA LeaderPath Program (2020 cohort) and holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL 4 certifications.
