On Wednesday, August 7, 2024, the Business Integrity Challenge launched. Between August 7 and October 17, 2024, you are invited to learn about the challenge and register. A Q&A Webinar will be held on September 30, 2024. Information to join the webinar will be available on News / Updates.
Before submitting an application, participants must complete registration no later than 3 PM Pacific Time on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
Applications will be accepted from registered participants for two and a half weeks after registration has closed. Applications are due no later than 3 PM Pacific Time on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
Over a period of a couple weeks, the Business Integrity Challenge team will review each application to ensure that it complies with the application requirements and rules.
During this period, the Evaluation Panel judges will score and comment on their assigned applications using the scoring rubric.
Informed by the Evaluation Panel, the Selection Committee will review top-scoring submissions using the scoring rubric. DSHS Leadership will choose up to four Apparently Successful Bidders and notify participants who submitted applications of the results in January 2025.
Bidders may request a debriefing conference by 5 PM Pacific Time on the third business day following announcement of Apparently Successful Bidders on WEBS, and the conference will be held within five business days of the request. A protest may be filed by 5 PM Pacific Time on the fifth business day following the day of the conference.
DSHS will work with the ASBs to execute contracts. The contract period will begin in February 2025. The project period may last for up to 12 months, with an end date of February 2026.
