I have worked with DSHS for almost 8 years now in varying capacities. I started my career working for ALTSA as a Nursing Facility Case Manager, then shortly after moved to the State Hospital unit where I worked as a case manager discharging clients from Western State Hospital. I then look a role at ALTSA HQ as the State Hospital Transition Coordinator for Discharge and Diversion in Region 2 where I assisted staff and facilitated transitions out of Western State Hospital. In 2023 I accepted the position that I currently hold of Program Director of Business Services for TIA. In this current role, I complete outreach to the administrations of DSHS and troubleshoot IT business issues. I also assist with organizational change management, act as a liaison/consultant to many different projects, and assist with communication for TIA.
