Jessica Graham is the headquarters Revenue Cycle Administrator at the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) and brings 17 years of service for the state of Washington. Jessica was appointed to her new position at headquarters in October 2023. She was originally tasked to support the electronic health record (EHR) readiness project as the Revenue Champion. That role has quickly evolved and stretches much further than EHR as she is working to streamline and standardize revenue cycle related processes throughout BHA. Through Jessica's passion in working with people and her innovations, she has been effective at developing best practices within the revenue cycle and building strong, collaborative relationships among the administrations within Washington State.
