I have worked for DDA for about 6 years. I started out as a Case Resource Manager in the Olympia DDA office, then was a CRM supervisor, and then the last year I have been on the Innovative Solutions Team as the Electronic Workflows Program Manager. I’ve enjoyed supporting the field with multiple technical tools that are part of my program and participating in different groups like the chatbot project.
