In her 20 years of state service with the Department of Social and Health Services, Kim has held many critical roles from direct service delivery to executive management, which has given her a unique perspective of the comprehensive work it takes to deliver services to millions of Washingtonians. She currently serves as Product Manager for the Integrated Eligibility & Enrollment Modernization Program. Prior to that, she was the Special Assistant to the Director and Executive Manager for Strategy, Risk and Government Relations with the Community Services Division, helping to develop and implement strategic initiatives and participating on cross-agency efforts such as IE&E. Kim’s prior experience also includes eligibility specialist and lead-worker for cash, food, medical and childcare subsidy programs, constituent services, childcare provider grievances, program policy lead, quality & compliance, external audit coordination, and Business Analyst with ESA IT Solutions. As Product Manager, Kim is excited to help develop an integrated solution rooted in human-centered design that improves the user experience for clients, staff, and all Washingtonians.
